Reports, registrations and disclosures

Everything a donor, a CSR committee or an auditor needs to verify Scapex Foundation, on one page: our statutory registrations with their numbers and validity, the policies we operate under, and every report and set of accounts we publish — stacked by year as they are produced. Where a document does not yet exist because the organisation is in its first financial year, the page says so and gives the date it is due.

Accounts within 90 days

Audited accounts are published on this page within 90 days of the financial year end, before the statutory filing deadline, whether or not the numbers flatter us.

Standard

85% programme-spend floor

The board has set a floor of 85% of expenditure on direct programme delivery, with administration and fundraising capped at 15%. The ratio is reported in the accounts; if it is missed, the reason is stated here.

Standard

Results published either way

Every programme's baseline, midline and endline go on this page, with the instrument and the sample, regardless of outcome.

Policies

The policies we operate under

Governance commitments still to be met. The board has resolved to appoint at least one independent director before the first full financial year closes; the appointment will be recorded here with the date. A conflict-of-interest and related-party policy and a whistle-blower policy will be adopted alongside it and published on this page. We list these as open so that a due-diligence team does not have to ask.
